Capitulation surges can be really quick. After one or two days of big surges, it's time to sell half. But since there will be profit taking from the capitulation players, a price retest might happen. This is why selling half is important.

Since trading should be treated as a business, we want plays we can replicate. Sell the first half and trail the second half back to your price. Once the price surges and reaches resistance, it's time to sell the second half.
